Following the successful launch of LTTS’ R&D unit in Krakow last year, another company from the Larsen & Toubro group contacted us to help expand its brand recognition in this part of Europe. After months of preparation, LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, was ready to open its new delivery centre in Krakow. As a company that understands that effective talent attraction is a combination of branding operations, the official launch of the Krakow facility was just the beginning of creating a great destination to work for. As an agency, we were responsible for consultancy services related to the launch – including inviting local VIPs and event relations – as well as managing LTIMindtree’s EB-related PR activities in Poland this year.
